Mike came out to do a DPF clean on my car, but after a thorough check, he found the issue was actually with the sensors — no cleaning needed. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. After a quick chat with Mike on the phone, he came out the next day and in under two hours my Freelander 2 was back better than before. Would highly recommend Mike. I called him on Monday as the garage had advised I needed a DPF clean, he fitted me in first thing Wednesday morning. He explained everything he was doing and was even able to advise on another fault whilst doing the clean. My car now runs much smoother and I would definitely use him again in the future.

Contacted Mike via email on Monday got a fast reply with an appointment for Tuesday but had to schedule for Wednesday 1.00pm and was told Erine would be doing the DPF cleaning and regeneration, and Erine was spot-on time very polite and got straight into my Nissan Navara NP300, I left Erine to it and bang 3.00pm was finished all warning lights off on dashboard and the truck running sweet ,Mike and Erine have just saved £600.00 as Nissan wanted to charge me almost £900.00 to solve the problem, Big thank you to Mike and Erine for such a fast and swift job ,I can highly recommend Mike's Carbon Cleaning to anyone needs their DPF filter cleaned as I don't think you would find a better company serving Birmingham and the surrounding areas. Would 100% recommend anyone to Mike if needing anything doing with their car. He explained everything to me thoroughly and without any jargon, told me what i needed to get and ran a thorough diagnostic to help me with my current aircon issue too! Mike was very helpful at the initial enquiry stage late on a Friday evening when we had car troubles with our Land Rover Discovery 5 - a full DPF fault - that put the vehicle into limp mode! Mike came out today to see my car and did a diagnostic and gave me honest advice and performed a carbon clean to fix the issue in regards to the DPF. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My car is now running smoother, with noticeably better performance and fuel economy. Mike came to my house so hassel free for me, very nice guy and very informative, on time, didn't have to do all the work that was through needed on my car as was somthing else so was cheaper and he was honest about that. Brilliant service My van failed MOT as the emissions were too high and I contacted Mike and he came to my workplace the same day and carbon cleaned my van for about half the price of what most people charge and the van has flown through the MOT re-test. Emissions are less than half of what they were 2 days ago. Thanks Mike

My 2013 Merc E250 2.1 CDI was in limp mode due to high soot content in my DPF. Mike performed a HHO clean and a DPF regen which took the car out of limp mode. He even showed the results and I’m very pleased with the way my car now drives. Not only is the DPF clear, the engine now runs much smoother and the throttle seems much more responsive! 100% recommend.

Our Peugeot suddenly started showing the DPF error, fan running on & reduced acceleration power at times. Mike came to us and was very helpful & polite; he used his specialist machinery (which the garage didn't have) and has completely sorted the problem out! Car is now running very smoothly again, no more errors or problems, and seems to be on very good health.
